Seller Solutions is an innovative 100% local real estate agency. Established in 2004, Seller Solutions is “flat fee mls” at its best. We’re the leading discount firm in Western North Carolina and have consistently ranked in the top ten selling firms (on the listing side) in the area for the past five years.
We never try to skirt the rules and laws of our industry. Rather, we are active leaders in our local, state and national Realtor organizations. Flat fee MLS only works if buyer’s agents will show and sell your home. We’ve worked very hard to establish relationships with other brokers in our area and to gain their respect. We receive lots of referrals from other brokers when traditional full service is not the right fit for them, their friends, or their families.
Seller Solutions’ broker in charge, Liz Wiederhold, is a licensed real estate broker and member in good standing of the Asheville Board of Realtors, Carolinas Real Estate Investor Association, North Carolina Association of Realtors, and the National Realtor Association and is an Accredited Staging® Professional.
Liz’s parents met and married in Asheville, and she often visited as a child. After living in several places and enjoying a 15+ year career in social work with teens, she returned to her roots in Asheville in 2003 to launch Seller Solutions. Liz and her husband, Paul, live on the French Broad River west of Weaverville.
Liz is known for her ever-present red jackets, home baked cookies, and a passion for real estate. She is dedicated to working with homeowners, investors and builders to save them money, and says she has “The Greatest Job Ever!”.
